Hi! We are Adrian & Denise

We're Denise and Adrian, empty nesters with full-time jobs and a serious travel habit we have absolutely no intention of breaking.

Worthy Travels exists because we believe you don't have to wait for the perfect moment to see the world. You just need a plan, honest advice, and a little push in the right direction.

We share real travel guides, genuine food recommendations, and tips built around how people actually travel, with limited time, real budgets, and a desire to make every trip count.

We'll always be straight with you. No exaggeration, no hidden agendas, just honest recommendations from two people who love this planet and want to help you explore more of it.

We cannot thank you enough for visiting our website and for watching our videos on YouTube. Please SUBSCRIBE if you haven’t already to follow our travels.

Get to know us…

During my entire childhood, my parents never had the resources to take me anywhere. So, as  soon as I graduated from college, I grabbed a backpack and traveled to places near and far. The real travel bug bite came when I lived in Europe for 10 years! It was so easy to travel around the continent! That freedom to travel so freely fed my wanderlust so badly, my feet get itchy whenever I stay put in one place.

Favorite destinations: Norway, France, Japan

Favorite activities: swimming, traveling (of course)

Name one thing you can’t live without: not really a thing but my family; but in terms of an inanimate object: a good book

My worldview is built on a "wide-angle" philosophy: love for everyone and zero tolerance for racism/sexism/oppression. I believe the best photo/video stories are the ones where everyone has a seat at the table (and looking great in the process). That’s what travel does, it makes us more aware of other peoples cultures and one of the reasons I love to travel and share our stories.

Favorite destinations: London, San Francisco, Yosemite, Japan

Favorite activities: Photograpy

Name one thing you can’t live without: my camera
